What “instant delivery” actually means

We say instant delivery because digital codes do not ship. What “instant” means still depends on how you pay.

Paid on the website

When card or an automated wallet clears, the code appears on the confirmation screen and in your email — usually within a few seconds. If the page spins longer than a minute, check spam and then WhatsApp with the order number.

Paid with an agent

FIB, FastPay, Zain Cash and bank transfer need a human confirmation. Delivery is still fast, but it starts when the agent sees the transfer — not when you hit send on your banking app.

Overnight orders are not parked until morning. Agents work around the clock so a 2am top-up can still land the same night.
