These terms apply to every purchase on MyPinCard (www.mypincard.com.iq). MyPinCard is operated by Golden Codes, a company registered in Iraq ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms, and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Complaints Procedure and Cookie Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you. Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for orders placed from your account unless you tell us promptly that it has been compromised.
We sell digital products: gift card codes, game top-up codes, prepaid vouchers and similar entitlements. Every code is issued new and unused through the official systems of the brand or its authorised distributors, at the moment you buy it. The brand that issues a code runs the service where you redeem it, and its own terms govern redemption and use. Nothing physical is shipped, and product images are illustrations.
Each product page shows the brand, the value and the region or country where the code can be redeemed. You must check that the region matches your account before you buy: a code for one region usually cannot be redeemed on an account set to another.
After payment we email you an order confirmation with your order number. Some orders are checked by our team before the code is issued, to prevent fraud. Codes are delivered to the Orders page of your account and, where enabled, by email or SMS. Most orders arrive within minutes. If yours has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us and we will deliver it or return your payment in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order before delivery, with a full refund, if the product is unavailable, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of a payment method, or if the order would break the law or the issuing brand’s terms. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity or of ownership of the payment method before delivering.
A code can be copied and used the moment it is shown, so all sales are final: once the code has been delivered to you, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. At checkout you ask us to deliver immediately and confirm that you understand this. Where the law of your country gives consumers a right to withdraw from online purchases, including the 14-day right in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Turkey, you agree that this right ends once the code is delivered. If an order is not completed, we return your payment as set out in our Refund Policy.
Do not buy codes for resale without our written agreement (businesses can apply for an agent account), use stolen payment methods, use MyPinCard for fraud or money laundering, try to disrupt or scrape the site, or abuse our staff. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms and report suspected crime to the authorities.
If something goes wrong, contact us first: most problems are solved within the times in our Complaints Procedure. If you dispute a payment for a code that was validly delivered and used, we will give your payment provider our delivery and view records, and we may suspend your account while the dispute is open.
We are responsible for delivering the code you ordered, new and unused, as described on the product page. We are not responsible for how a brand runs its service or treats your account there, for losses caused by choosing the wrong region or product or by sharing a code, or for events outside our reasonable control. As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Iraqi Consumer Protection Law No. 1 of 2010, or under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
Please use our Complaints Procedure first. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Iraq have jurisdiction. If you live outside Iraq, you keep the protection of your home country’s mandatory consumer law.
We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed an order applies to that order. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
