Copy the full pin carefully — extra spaces or a missing character are the most common failures.

Open the brand’s redeem page or the in-game top-up screen for that product.
Paste the code exactly as shown and confirm.
Wait for the balance or entitlement to appear. If nothing happens after a minute, try the checks in “Code not working”.
