Call of Duty Points and game codes are redeemed on the platform they were issued for: PlayStation, Xbox, Steam or Battle.net. If one is refused, that platform's support, or Activision Support, decides it.
Call of Duty cards only work on an account set to the card's country or region. The region is shown on the product before you pay and on your order.
Paste it exactly as shown, on the platform the code is for.
Check the game on every account you use: the content may already be there.
It can take up to 24 hours. Restart the game or console.
For a code that platform refuses, contact that platform's support (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam or Blizzard). For Call of Duty content, use Activision Support. Send them the code, the error and the proof of purchase.
Every code is issued by Call of Duty's own system and reaches you new, through the official distribution channel, at the moment you pay. When Call of Duty refuses a code, the reason is recorded on Call of Duty's side: which account tried it, when, and from where. Only Call of Duty support can see that record, and only they can reverse a redemption or restore a balance. We cannot see inside your Call of Duty account.
We give you the proof Call of Duty asks for: your order page shows when each code was issued, that it was never issued on any other MyPinCard order, and when you first opened it. Copy it from your order page and send it with your case. Delivered codes are final sale and are not refunded or exchanged; see the refund policy.
If you paid and the code never arrived, or you were charged twice, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
