V-Bucks cards are redeemed on the Fortnite website to your Epic Games account, on one of the platforms linked to it. A card only works if your Epic account's country matches the card's region. If one is refused, Epic Games Player Support decides it.
Fortnite cards only work on an account set to the card's country or region. The region is shown on the product before you pay and on your order.
The card was entered on the wrong website. V-Bucks cards go on fortnite.com/vbuckscard, not the Epic Games redeem page.
This comes from PlayStation or Microsoft: V-Bucks cards are not supported in every console account's country. Contact Sony or Microsoft.
Try another browser or device.
The newer Fortnite Gift Cards are not V-Bucks cards: they add balance to your Epic account and are redeemed on epicgames.com/redeem instead.
Use Epic's V-Bucks card help page and contact Player Support from there. Send them the PIN, a screenshot of the error, your account ID and the proof of purchase.
Every code is issued by Fortnite's own system and reaches you new, through the official distribution channel, at the moment you pay. When Fortnite refuses a code, the reason is recorded on Fortnite's side: which account tried it, when, and from where. Only Fortnite support can see that record, and only they can reverse a redemption or restore a balance. We cannot see inside your Fortnite account.
We give you the proof Fortnite asks for: your order page shows when each code was issued, that it was never issued on any other MyPinCard order, and when you first opened it. Copy it from your order page and send it with your case. Delivered codes are final sale and are not refunded or exchanged; see the refund policy.
If you paid and the code never arrived, or you were charged twice, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
