Wuthering Waves codes add in-game currency or items to your game account. If a code is refused, Wuthering Waves's own support is the team that can see why.
Currency goes to the player ID entered and usually cannot be moved. Always check the player name before confirming.
Codes sold for a country or region, shown on your order, only work for accounts or servers in that region.
Paste it again with no spaces, on Wuthering Waves's official page or in the game only, never on a site found in a chat or an advert.
A game's own gift-code page is often only for promotional codes. Codes for paid currency are redeemed on the game's official top-up store or its official payment partner: look there for the option to pay with a voucher, PIN or gift card.
Use the customer service option inside Wuthering Waves, usually in the settings, or the publisher's official support site. Send them the code, your player ID and server, a screenshot of the error and the proof of purchase.
Every code is issued by Wuthering Waves's own system and reaches you new, through the official distribution channel, at the moment you pay. When Wuthering Waves refuses a code, the reason is recorded on Wuthering Waves's side: which account tried it, when, and from where. Only Wuthering Waves support can see that record, and only they can reverse a redemption or restore a balance. We cannot see inside your Wuthering Waves account.
We give you the proof Wuthering Waves asks for: your order page shows when each code was issued, that it was never issued on any other MyPinCard order, and when you first opened it. Copy it from your order page and send it with your case. Delivered codes are final sale and are not refunded or exchanged; see the refund policy.
